    人口が集積する三大都市圏(首都圏、中京圏、近畿圏)を対象に、高度成長後、人口増加が緩やかとなったバブル期以降(1990~2010年)の市街化区域とその人口推移から、都市の類型化を行い、モデルとなる都市を抽出し、市街地特性を分析することにより、大都市地域に適したコンパクトな市街地形成に向けた参考となる知見を得ることを目的とする。市街化区域を拡大せずに人口増加している都市と、市街化区域の拡大に比べて人口が増加している都市は、公共交通の利便性が高い上、1)新規鉄道路線や鉄道駅の開業に伴い土地区画整理事業が施行、2)ニュータウン等の面的開発の実施、3)景観保全の取り組みが進められていることが明らかとなった。

    We aimed to clarify the transition and relation of the water management system which is considered to be the priority development in the process of establishment of the village have the strongest relation with the land use. The transition can be divided into 3 phases, and it turns out that there are two conditions that as a factor of diversion of a field, (1) access from a private house is bad, (2) not cooperate with owned field. Furthermore, it was found that it is important to look at this condition on a water management system basis in considering future village conservation.

  • Evaluation Framework of Project for Making Open Space by Temporary Use of Private Land in Densely Built-up Areas

    Purpose of this study is examination of evaluation framework of project for making open space by temporary use of private land in densely built-up areas. This study is focused on "temporary urban facilities function" and "Improving densely built-up areas". The results are derived from interview surveys, field surveys and analysis by GIS in KOBE project's 41 cases. Open space by temporary use can be evaluated in various ways. 4 evaluation points are: Completion function of urban facilities provisionally, Improving performance index, Effective change after projects, Possibility of Expansion to other projects. In order to evaluate open space by temporary use it is necessary to evaluate comprehensively.
