  • Zn置換Hydrotalciteの歯周病関連菌産生H2Sの吸着効果と抗菌作用

    吸着能の優れた層状の多孔体であるHydrotalcite(HDT)を500℃で熱処理したMgHDT500とMgをZnに置換したZnHDTを合成した。また、偏性嫌気性菌のFusobacterium nucleatum ATCC25586(F.nucleatum)、Porphyromonas gingivalis ATCC 33277、Prevotella intermedia ATCC 25611と通性嫌気性のStreptococcus mutans ATCC 25175を用いて、供試菌培養下における各種HDTを混入した場合のH2S濃度をガスクロマトグラフで測定し、H2S産生量を抑制する効果とF.nucleatumに対する増殖度から各種HDTの抗菌作用について検討した。得られたデータは一元配置分散分析と多重比較検討(ANOVA、Fisher's PLSD)を用いて有意差検定を行った(α=0.05)。その結果、各種供試菌のH2S濃度の経時的変化から、各菌液ともH2Sの産生を認めたが、最もH2Sを産生したのは、F.nucleatumであった。そのF.nucleatumに各種HDTを混入した試料のH2S濃度の経時的変化から、ZnHDTは2時間後でH2Sが検出されなかった。各種HDTのF.nucleatumの発育に与える影響の検討から、ZnHDTがCFUにおいてもコロニー数の低下を認めた。以上のことから、F.nucleatumが産生したH2S濃度の著しい低下は、ZnHDTの硫化物に対する吸着性によるものと細菌の増殖を抑制する作用によることが示唆された。(著者抄録)
